Why did you decide to join WFBSC?
I wanted to network with and learn from the WFBSC international leaders shaping the future of BSCs and our industry.
What was the driver behind your decision to serve on the WFBSC board?
With this opportunity I hope I can help lead decisions and direction with the perspective of a global manufacture partner and an international BSC salesperson.
Can you discuss what excites you most about the industry?
Rapidly changing technology and how the services BSCs provide are transforming to essential.
What are the biggest challenges BSCs are currently facing?
Labor, labor, labor and also the ability to adapt to rapidly changing post-pandemic opportunities and challenges.
What are the qualities that make an effective leader?
Lead with passion and by example. If a leader is not excited and inspiring about their solutions, their team won’t be either. If a leader wont roll their sleeves up and jump in the trenches, then there’s no respect and drive from the team as well.
Do you have advice for new BSC business owners?
Learn from and leverage resources like WFBSC. The mentors you will meet will help you avoid mistakes and grow and scale faster. Also, the insights you can gain from the international organization will give you a competitive advantage in your country.
