As we approach the second quarter of 2022, BSCAI has a lot to celebrate. Between the successful staging of several in-person events and the hosting of virtual town halls and summits, BSCAI has been busy providing value to its members in recent months. This association update provides a glimpse of what BSCAI has been up to since last fall.
October 2021: Contracting Success
After more than a year apart, BSCAI members met in person in October 2021 for the annual Contracting Success conference. The event, which took place in Las Vegas, included three days of education, networking and more. The keynote speakers were Jason Dorsey and Sara Ross, while Affinity HR President Claudia St. John, SPHR, SHRM-CP also delivered a talk on employee recruitment and training — a crucial topic amid the tight labor market.

January 2022: CEO Seminar
Early this year, BSCAI marked the in-person return of its CEO Seminar. Hundreds of BSC leaders and vendors flocked to Maui for three days of networking and top-quality education. BSCAI worked with the Westin Maui Resort and Spa and local authorities during the lead-up to the event to ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, cleanliness and operational effectiveness were upheld for all attendees. Feedback from participants and sponsors was overwhelmingly positive.
